Computers: 100% of classrooms, 10% of dorms, 100% of libraries, 100% of dining areas, 50% of common outdoor areas have wireless network access. Students can register for classes online. Administrative functions (other than registration) can be performed online.

CAMPUS LIFE

Environment: Town.

Activities: Choral groups, dance, drama/theater, jazz band, student newspaper, student-run film society, international student organization.

Organizations: 94 registered organizations, 3 religious organizations.

On-Campus Highlights: Bridge Cafe, Bookstore, Library, Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, Liebling Center—Film/Photo. Environmental Initiatives: Constructing a new facility addition to LEED standards (minimum silver; hopefully gold); constructing a condominium community to be LEED-certified. ACUPCC signatory, establishing an environmental committee and mandating emissions inventory. Formed a committee on sustainability that will engage all administrative areas, including Facilities and Grounds, Purchasing, Environmental Health and Safety, Dining Services, Campus Planning, and Information Technology. The campus sustainability commitment has also been re-emphasized at the trustee committee level.
